Our Fleet

picture

We manage a diverse fleet of dry and wet tonnage in Indonesian and European waters. In our domestic trade we handle a fleet of four tankers and one cement carrier, having successfully managed in the past as Miniships, several tankers, chemical carriers and general cargo vessels. Additionally, we manage thirty seven tugs and barges under a long time charter agreement with a major Indonesian operator. Our tugs operate in long hauls and transshipment services and the fleet number is expected to reach a total of fifty units by end 2024.

We commenced a new-building program at KTU Shipyard, Batam for a series of general cargo vessels in 2021. The first two vessels were completed December 2023 and March 2024 respectively and delivered to their time charterers, a major German operator. Both ships performed their maiden delivery voyage via the Cape of Good Hope and now trade in the demanding European short sea shipping market.

Potentially we will take over the management of five more sister vessels with upgraded specification from Q4 2025 till mid 2026 to trade in Europe.

We have been entrusted by KTU of Indonesia, our ship building partner, to investigate the potential of low draft tankers for the Indonesian trade including a combination carrier. We presently evaluate concept and basic designs, including that of an Articulated Tug & Barge, (ATB). We focus particularly in the combination carrier concept and we expect to commence building of the first vessel within 2025.
